At Trumaker we’ve recognized that shopping and finding clothing that fits is no easy task for men. We have solved these issues by making the shopping experience convenient, fun, and most important – just plain easy for guys to find the right fit and style with our built-to-fit clothing.

We're creating a new way for guys to shop, at the center of this is our Outfitter (our Sales Rep/Style Advisor). Our Outfitters in Santa Monica meet with their clients one-on-one at our 3rd Street Promenade Lounge or in the field at a place of the client's convenience. They're growing a network and business for themselves, taking measurements, providing style guidance and maintaining lasting relationships to help improve their clients' look and wardrobe over time. Our Outfitters love what they do – helping guys look and feel their best everyday!

The day-to-day:

  • Proactively build a book of clients by seeking out and connecting with prospective customers via phone, email and social media
  • Set appointments and meet with clients at their office or in our local showrooms to conduct personalized fittings and consult on wardrobe planning for both casual and professional looks
  • Work in Sales force to log all activity and keep track of leads and clients
  • Effectively follow-up with customer base and share new products as launched
  • Attend initial and on-going trainings provided by Trumaker to grow and develop product knowledge, sales abilities, styling and clientele building skills
